With a background in psychology and advanced training in nutrition and lifestyle medicine, she takes a whole-person approach that focuses not only on nutrition, but also mindset, behavior change, and long-term wellness.
Through her own GLP-1 and weight loss journey, Michaela lost over 40 pounds and experienced firsthand how life-changing these tools can be when combined with healthier habits, balanced nutrition, and realistic lifestyle changes.
